MaaNaa 119 Kalamış stands on Çuha Çiçeği Street in Fenerbahçe. It replaced two 1950s apartment buildings, Huzur and Buket, with a contemporary façade that respects the character of the neighbourhood, and was completed in 2015.
The building offers 3- and 4-bedroom apartments; from the fourth floor up, large windows bring views of Kalamış Bay into the living spaces. The project is part of SARP’s contracting portfolio.

The need
On a plot overlooking Kalamış Bay, a new residential building to replace two 1950s apartment blocks (Huzur and Buket) in keeping with the neighbourhood.

Our approach
A contemporary yet restrained façade and a 22-apartment programme of 3- and 4-bedroom homes, with large windows framing the bay from the fourth floor up.
